The Tick Twister® is a simple and highly effective tool designed for the safe removal of ticks from both animals and people.
Using a unique hook design, the Tick Twister® allows you to cradle the tick without applying pressure to the abdomen. This helps minimise the risk of transferring tick-borne infections and ensures the tick can be removed cleanly and completely.
By removing the tick with a gentle twisting motion rather than pulling, the process is quick, safe and painless. The tool can be twisted in either direction, whichever is most comfortable for the user.
The Minigrip Pack includes three Tick Twister® hooks, covering all sizes — from very small nymph ticks (as small as 1/10 mm), through to larger and engorged ticks.
