How Delivery Works

Postage is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. This provides clear, accurate pricing before you complete your purchase.

Customs duties, taxes and import fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Parcels returned due to unpaid charges will require re-quotation and payment before being re-sent. Please ensure all contact details are entered correctly to avoid delays.

Restricted Products

Products classified as Dangerous Goods, including blank firers, blanks and launchers, may be subject to courier restrictions. Some carriers cannot transport these products. If you are unsure whether your order is affected, please contact us directly to discuss the options available.

Broken, Damaged or Missing Goods

When your delivery arrives, please check the contents against your invoice or delivery note. Notify us within 24 hours if any items are missing or damaged.

To enable us to make a claim with the courier and arrange replacements, we require photographic evidence of any damaged boxes, packaging and goods. When signing for a damaged parcel, please sign as: “Damaged delivery, goods not checked”.

Products and goods remain the property of Sporting Saint until they have been paid for in full.

Packaging options

No Packaging – Loose Products

If you opt to have your items shipped as “loose products” – they will arrive with NO packaging, NO barcodes & NO product name/description.

We’re always looking for ways to make our business more sustainable, therefore we now ship all of our items without any unnecessary packaging as standard. If you wish to have your items shipped with packaging, you can change your packaging preferences at any point from within your account.

Swing Ticket (including barcode)

If you opt to have your items shipped with a Swing Ticket – they will arrrive with Sporting Saint branded premium swing ticket and barcode. The barcode will include a product name & code. These tags are great for easy hanging displays and allow you to clearly display the product. Some items that are unable to be tagged will be header-carded and bagged. Item that are prepackaged will arrive in their original packaging.

Header Card & Plastic Bag (including barcode)

If you opt to have your items shipped with a Header Card & Plastic Bag – they will arrive with a Sporting Saint branded header card and barcode. The barcode will include a product name & code. Some items that are unable to be bagged will have a Swing Ticket as default. Items that are prepackaged will arrive in their original packaging.
