The Sporting Saint Calandar Competition for 2015 - 'Gundogs'

• Entries close Wednesday 10th September 2014, Winners will be notified by the end of September
• 50% of the profits will go to a chosen Country Sports Industry Charity
• Calenders on sale for £10 early October 2014.
• Calendar will be a double spread of A4 - top half the photo, bottom half the calendar month with plenty of room to write info!

Contest Prize & TERMS

PRIZE DETAILS: 11 photos will be picked from the entries and will appear in the Sporting Saint 2015 Calender with name of the dog and owner, plus you will receive your free copy of the calender.

The Front cover and July are Sporting Saint months , so the pics will be used in all other months

ELIGIBILITY: Amateur

PHOTOS - must be at least 5MB file size, emailed to [email protected], with the subject - 2015 Calendar Competition Entry and which month you think it would suit, please also include your name etc.

COPYRIGHT: All entries must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe the rights of any other party. The entrants must be the sole owner of copyright in all photographs entered and must have obtained permission of any people featured in the entries or their parents/guardians if children under 16 are featured. Where an individual or a residential property, belonging to someone other than the photographer are featured, the photographer must seek permission and be prepared to provide written consent, if requested.

Entrants will retain copyright in the photographs that they submit to Sporting Saint.

USAGE RIGHTS: By entering the competition all entrants grant to Sporting Saint the right to publish and exhibit their photographs on the sporting saint website if we choose to show them on the website. Entrants whose photographs are one of the finalists or selected to appear in the Sporting Saint Calendar 2015 pursuant to paragraph 11 above grant to Sporting Saint the further rights to publish and exhibit their photographs in print, on their respective websites or in any other media. No fees will be payable for any of the above uses. While we make every effort to credit photographers, including in printed reproductions of their work, we cannot guarantee that every broadcast use of the photographs will include the photographers' names. Entrants must ensure that the photograph is not used to publicise or promote companies, individuals, organisations or causes – other than the Sporting Saint the photographic competition until the 1st January 2016.
